UPDATE 15:32 UTC: Our team has restarted our nginx server and increased server capacity to account for a spike in traffic. Sites are now responding and not reporting any errors. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure it is fully resolved.
UPDATE 16:00 UTC: Most sites are seeing improved responses, but some have begun reporting slowness and 500 errors again. Our team is continuing to investigate.
UPDATE 18:00 UTC: There seems to be an issue with a single pod in a server cluster that's incorrectly reporting its status. Our team is still working to identify the specific pod with the issue.

UPDATE 18:13 UTC: Our server team has restarted the affected pods and all sites are up and operating normally. We will continue to monitor the system to ensure everything continues to operate smoothly.
UPDATE 19:20 UTC: We have restarted multiple nodes and increased our node pool. Sites may have experienced an additional, brief outage, during the restart. Things appear to be running smoothly now, but we are continuing to monitor the situation.
