UPDATE: As of 16:10 UTC, all staging sites are back online. Our team is analyzing the cause.
UPDATE 1 April 17:30 UTC: Staging sites are experiencing issues with "no healthy upstream" and/or being unresponsive. We've alerted our systems team and will update this post as needed.
UPDATE 1 April 18:00 UTC: Staging sites are back online. Both outages were caused by a PHP Virtual Machine crash on the server. Our team will be upgrading those servers to prevent future outages.
