Allow List (Whitelist) IP Addresses Updated Mar 18, 2026
The following IP addresses should be allowlisted to ensure commercebuild web stores can function properly. Please choose the IPs to allowlist based on the location of the web store server.
Default port numbers:
- Sync 1.0 / Symphony Client: 8085
- Sync 2.0 / commercebuild Agent: 8060
- S300/X3 API Gateway: client specific, but often 8124 for X3
NOTE (V4 - API Gateway Integration): If the webstore will use the Orders API, there is no need to allowlist or configure port forwarding on port 8085. Instead, allowlist the Orders API IP addresses below (plus the 3 terminal server IPs) on the port used by Sage — for X3 this is typically 8124, but confirm from the X3 login URL or with your BP.
