4.122 will be released to our North America and Europe regions September 15 at 19:00 Eastern time, September 16 at 00:00 UTC.

Category assignment from product page
You now have the option to assign products to a category quickly when editing the individual product in the store admin.
The ability to set the canonical, as well as see all assigned categories in a list as before, will be forthcoming in a near future release.
