Update 12:40 PM UTC: Susan will reply to chat requests, but will not forward to a human agent. Existing chats should work, but new chats won't reach support people to assist.
Update 12:57 PM UTC: While Intercom is still reporting an outage, we've tested and chat requests are reaching our Customer Success queue for the support team to manage. We'll continue to monitor the outage, but chat should be working as normal now.
Update 1:51 PM UTC: Intercom has resolved the issue and chat is operating normally.
