FAILED - ERROR MESSAGES|*|Date incorrect (check the validity of the delivery and shipping dates). indicates that the order was placed on a day which was not selected as Default workdays in Sage because the site work days affect the delivery dates.
Ensure Default workdays are selected
- Confirm the work days setup for all your sites/warehouses in Sage.
- Navigate to All > Setup > Organizational structure > Sites.
- Check all the days under Default workdays.
The failed order can be sent manually by changing the date in order text file.
