Our team will be performing scheduled updates to our database system from January 28 to February 13. These updates will be conducted in phases, with different stores affected at different times. Please review the information below to determine when your store will be impacted.
What to expect
During the maintenance window, your web store will be offline, and users will see a maintenance-mode page. The downtime for each store will vary based on the size of its database. To minimize disruptions, updates will be scheduled during off-hours for all stores.
These are the following dates planned for the updates:
- January 27th ~00:00 UTC - Staging environment updated
- January 28th ~12:00 UTC - AU environment updated
- February 4th ~00:00 UTC - EU environment updated
- February 4th ~06:00 UTC - US environment updated - Database 12
- February 5th ~06:00 UTC - US environment updated - Databases 11 and 10
- February 10th ~06:00 UTC - US environment updated - Databases 9, 7, and 5
- February 11th ~06:00 UTC - US environment updated - Databases 3 and 4
- February 12th ~06:00 UTC - US environment updated - Databases 2 and 1
- February 13th ~06:00 UTC - US environment updated - Database 8

I have an important event on the same day as the upgrade. Can this upgrade be rescheduled for my site?
