15:59 UTC - We've been aware of issues affecting production sites in North America since approximately 14:09 UTC today. At that time, a user reported a 500 error. It seemed to be an isolated incident. However, we've seen more reports of issues in the last couple of hours (both 500 errors and general slowness), and our uptime service is also reporting issues accessing a handful of web stores.
