(Resolved) Support Chat Widget Temporarily Unavailable

We are currently seeing an issue where the support chat widget may load blank or may not appear correctly across commercebuild sites.

Our team is already reviewing this and working with Intercom to get it fixed.

In the meantime, please email us directly at support@commercebuild.com for any support requests or urgent questions.

We’ll share another update once the chat widget is working normally again.

The Support Chat widget fix is being deployed and is starting to appear correctly on most sites. Here is a screenshot for your reference:

We will update here when this is fully fixed.
