02:18 UTC - Our developers have tracked this issue down to a JavaScript file that is being cached in affected users' browsers. They are working to invalidate the cached file so that this file loads anew from all browsers. In the meantime, if your customers experience any issues, please ask them to either 1) clear their browser cache and/or 2) use a different/incognito browser. Either option should allow them to place their order without issue.

Dec 21, 2022 - 01:49:58 UTC - We are aware of an issue affecting some users when trying to place orders at checkout. At this time it appears to be affecting stores hosted in the AU region.
