We're excited to announce a new feature that gives you visibility into your order API operations. Web stores using our order API can now access gateway logs directly within the admin interface, making troubleshooting easier than ever.
How to Access Gateway Logs
- Log in to your web store admin panel
- Navigate to "Sales → Order Queue" or go directly to
/admin/morders/failed
- Locate the order you want to investigate
- Click on the order to view its details
- Find the green "Get Gateway Logs" button located beneath the order totals
- Press the button to retrieve all API operations associated with the order placement
- Toggle open individual logs to view their complete details
