Sync2 Migration Requirements - commercebuild Success Portal

commercebuild has developed an advanced application (Sync2) to handle better data replication. Sync2 comes with additional benefits like data filtering and data mapping capabilities (depending on your service agreement). This new data sync system will also improve the performance of the real-time data replications from your ERP to the webstore.

Requirements

Please fill in the below information to start the synchronization upgrade.

Confirm your server internal IP(Required)

Confirm your router external IP (Must be the current IP)(Required)

Changes to IP's must be requested separately and scheduled as a different task.

New Firewall Port(Required)

On your router/firewall, open up ports 8060(or any other available ports) to allow traffic between our servers, and your LAN/DMZ.

This port is in addition to the one already configured.

Confirm the version of SQL Server installed(Required)

What is the SQL service pack installed?(Required)

Connection details

Please provide the connection details to login into your server

Provide details/instructions to connect to the server(Required)

Provide the RDP/TeamViewer/VPN or any details to connect to the server. Ensure the windows user has the required permissions to install applications.
