Firewall/Router Port Forwarding Details

We need to know the external (public facing) IP address of your router/firewall – this must be a static IP address.

commercebuild Connector

For your commercebuild webstore to communicate with your Sage system, a Windows client called commercebuild Connector needs to be installed and configured on one of your servers in your LAN or DMZ. On this server, you may also need to configure your Windows (or other) firewall to allow traffic through to your chosen port.

Sage 300 Details

The commercebuild Connector software will need to know which Sage 300 database should be connected to and will require a Sage 300 username and password with ADMIN rights.
